Now the good part. THE PRIZES. Our generous sponsors have graciously donated all kinds of goodies for this fun filled hair cultivating extravaganza. Here is the list of sponsors who are giving prizes. I like to refer to these sponsors as companies who get it.

IR - The best paddling gear available. And, the company owner, John Weld, has agreed to jump out of a big box of fleece scraps at the birthday party of the contest winner. And theyr'e giving a real nice prize.

Nantahala Outdoor Center - Always down for a hootnanny, our good people at NOC. Unofficially, they'll be donating a male bikini waxing to the winner, done by the most skilled NOC staff. Not naming any names, but it will probably be Israel Putnam, but again, not naming names. So they're giving that prize and something else real nice.

Fortress - We don't know if you're into time but Fortress makes really cool watches. The prize will be watches.

Jade Tree - This is a record label out of Wilmington, DE. They're giving some CDs as prizes. Jade Tree has bands on their label that you may recognize from some paddling videos. Bands like Strike Anywhere, Despistado, Trial by Fire and more.

Riot - Arguably the best lineup of kayaks available on the market today, in whitewater, touring, rec and sit-on-top. And, they're really snappy dressers. Have you noticed Jeff Rivest? He's classy. They will be giving one of their paddles as a prize.
